A $500 deposit is required with initial payment. (This fee is waived for repeat guests.)
One half of the rental fee (as well as deposit) is required at booking time. The remainder must be paid by two weeks before your stay.
No pets.
Renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Check-in is at 3 PM, Check-out is at 10 AM.
Rentals from Saturday to Saturday only, please.
